The machine is mainly made of stainless steel SUS304.
It comprises batter barrel, electric cambinet, ice water barrel, mixing paddles, batter pump etc.
BDJJ-200 batter mixer can mix products into evenly concentration by its high speed rotating paddles.
Ice can placed on the outer interlayer to decrease temperature rise. The mixed batter enters
into the batter applicator by the pump on the bottom of the mixer. Speed-regulation by inverter
could meets the requirement of mixing different batters.
Operation notice:
1. we should put batter materials less than 2/3 of the barrel volume per time, or accord to the instructions;
2. we can't let the mixing paddles run unless the barrel cover has been closed
3. hands or other thing stretch are prohibited to stretch into the barrel, while the machine is working;
4. we should clean the machine after working.
