 BZSJ-12 brine injector is mainly made of stainless steel SUS304. It comprises brine tank, gear motor, pressure regulating valve, bring pump, brine distributor, injection needles, steeping infeed structure and rack,etc. It is completely made of high quality stainless steel.

 

It injects brine into meat lumps with high pressure to tenderize meat and increase productivity. The machine applies stepping drive system, Europea pump, needles and electric components of international standard. It is advanced in design, reasonable in structure, convenient in cleaning, safety and reliable.
