1. What is DC Fan and AC fan?
DC fan is power by DC voltage, which normally is 3V, 5V, 12V, 24V, 48V, 60V and 72V.
AC fan is power by AC voltage, which normally is 110V, 220V and 380V.
2. How to choose a DC fan?
1) Fan size
2) Voltage of power
3) Current you expect
4) Speed you expect
5) Air flow you need.
6) Noise level you expect.
7) Lifespan of the fan.
8) If you need FGRDPWMSoft Start function.
3. What is the delivery time?
Sample lead time:3-5 days
Mass production lead time: 1 -3 weeks(depend on the quantity)
Delivery Ways: DHL, UPS, Air freight, Sea freight, etc.
4. How do we carry out quality control?
There are more than 20 processes to making a fan, our production procedure follow ISO9001:2008, we need to control every process well.
1) Bearing: NMB or NSK from Japan, or Kluber 2100 oil from German, this will ensure the working life.
2) ICMos and other electronic components, our suppliers include ROHM IR DALLAS Feeling Technology, and other famous brands. This can ensure the fan working in comples environment, like changeable voltage, etc.
3) Life testing, all of our projects will testing more than 1 year in such a environment: temperature is 60°C, voltage is more than 20%(such as: 24V, the testing voltage is 28V), and the power restarts every 2 minutes.
4) We have experiences of making high quality fan for more than 12 years, all of our fans can work more than 50000H in normal condition if two balls bearing . and 25000H when sleeve bearing.
5) All of our fans will be tested at least twice when they are in the product line, like currentspeednoisewave form and others, and 5-10% will be on random inspection.
5. Do you accept OEM? Can we print our own logo?
Yes! We accept OEM services. You are most welcome, please give us your design and requirement.
Also we can help you to make some relevant certifications like RoHS, CE.
6. What can I do if we can not find the suitable fan model in the fan list?

A: When the MOQ is 50/100pcs, the price includes the delivery charge to you, it means the delivery terms is DDP, by DHL/UPS/TNT.
