5. The electric control system: it automatically control, monitor and show every step. It can save 99 programs. The human-computer interface shows you every process and data, including the adjustable relative humidity, the temperature of inner stove, the temperature of sausage core, process time, and procedure name, procedure index. Smoking and recycle system makes the smoke spread so equably that the sausage have uniform color.
