1. Do not use the breath analyzer until it has been 20 minutes since the last drink; please wait at least 3 minutes to begin next test after last test.
2.Do not use it in the environment of paints, pesticide, alcohol and other corrosive gas;
3. Once it turns on, it will take 15 seconds to warm up. After this it will beep and inform you to blow into the device. Both are timed so you know exactly when to do what. You have 10 seconds to blow into the device and then it will give you the results.

Answer: Please confirm with us the model you’ll purchase, and you prepaid the sample fee , after sample tested and qualified, we will refund this sample fee when you place the bulk order. We can send out the sample within 2 working days after receiving payment. 

Q:What’s the lead-time ?

Answer: Normally it takes 3-5 working days after receiving payment. 

Q:Do you have in stock ?

Answer: Yes, we usually hold some quantities in stock, such as 100pcs or 200pcs are ready to ship immediately. 

Q:What about your after-sales services ?

Answer: We have 100% QC before shipment. If there are some unexpected problems happen, we hope to solve these problems with our customers through friendly ways as below:

1, If it’s quality problem, customers must provide photos or videos and other evidences to us for identify. After confirmation, we’ll send the new products to replace the damages in next order.

2, If it’s man-made damaged, customers should take full responsibility.
