1. Brief Introduction
   Model SMGF-50G Auto Filling & Sealing Machine. This equipment is widely used in industry of toothpaste, cosmetic, drugs etc. It is applicable in various aluminum-tubes, which can fill and pack all kinds of cream, latex, lotion, oil and water etc.
2. This machine takes the design of 12 work positions, and can automatically load tubes, check color codes, fill, seal, stamp batch numbers, cut ends and exit tubes. The controlling part adopts imported PLC system so as to make the machine perform more accurately and stably. It is a kind of program-controlled machine that is universal and multifunction. Stainless steel material is adopted for the parts contacting with stuffs to ensure erosion from acid and alkali. All the conduits adopt the method of quick bar clasp, which is convenient, quick, and handy to load and unload. There are four types of fold sealing available. The sealed end is good –looking and compact structures. The rotary valve adopts accuracy cam indexing mechanism with precise and smooth positioning. The valve is easy to rinse thoroughly by using rotary valve. A special valve makes this machine be suitable for filling cream and liquid material. It is an ideal and economical filling machine in pharmacy, daily chemical and other fields.
