Hydraulic jacks are indispensable tools for prestressing engineering. The YDC series Feed-through jacks are widely used for multi-prestressing of steel tendons.

When the YDC series Feed-through jack was being designed, we absorbed and summarized the structures, materials, machining and maintenances of the same products of different manufacturers and analyzed the fault and cause in use. We strived to absorb the advantages and avoid the shortages and make the YDC series jacks perfect.

The features of our products:

A. We improved the binding structure between the front flange and back flange, increased the precision and made it more convenient for maintenance.

B. The weight is lighter. Weight (kg) / tension (ton) < 1.

C. We shortened the length of the jack guaranteed the stroke and rigidity of the structure. Then the steel strand left for tension can be shorter and therefore the cost of engineer be lowered.

D. We adopt Teflon and bronze for the material of seals. The seal for tensioning cylinder is double-seal and the reliability is therefore enhanced.

E. We changed the mounting method of the wearing ring, and therefore improved the binding strength between wearing ring and the main structure and avoided the possibility that the wearing ring get out of the flange.
