Technical Feature:
1. the upper and nether drump were configured in series-wound mode,morever,enclosed in cabinet-like construction, plates with the shape like “V”were fitted inside drump,distributed like twist form,seed flow in the drump is reverse to hot air flow,ensuring the surface blending, its drying capacity is great,and thermal efficiency is high
2. obliquity of upper and nether drump can be regulated steplessly, satisfying drying needs of different kinds of seeds
3. Machine was designed as totally enclosed construciton, effectively preventing the dispersion of noxious gased, all the machine parts contacting with wet coated seeds were made by corrosion resistant stainless steel, the machine is safte and durable
4. heating system employed two-class oil burner, equipped with termperature controlling unit to regulate the aimed drying temperature,machine works steadily, and has high thermal efficiency, safe processing performance, high drying efficiency
5. regulating unit was fitted at outlet end to regulate quantity of hot air according to seeds’specific gravity,humidity, productivity.
