Specifications

Technical Features:

  1. Holistic welding structure treated by annealing
  2. The hydraulic system adopts the integrated one, which helps to reduce piping connection, eliminate oil leakage, improve the work stability, and beautify the machine appearance.
  3. Both the upper and lower blades are rectangular( which can extend service life), and the blade clearance can be adjusted manually or by electricity rapidly.
  4. The large lead ball screw and linear guide way from Germany Bosch-Rexroth and BLIS ensure the positioning accuracy of the machine.
  5. The automatic programming is carried out to adjust the shearing angle easily to reduce the workpiece deformation as a result of shearing plates of difference length. The ram stroke can also be adjusted automatically to realize fast and accurate shearing of short workpieces and improve productivity.
  6. The pneumatic rear support is optional for processing long and thin plates to improve the accuracy and reduce workload. (Front positioning is optional).
  7. Delem DAC310, DAC360 and Cybelec DNC 61G can be choosed as customer’s request. The cutting angle, clearance between blades and shearing strokes are calculated and controlled automatically.
