20mm 20ft cutting length hydraulic guillotine shearing machine
Introduction
1.The frame is steel welded structure, have sufficient strength and rigidity, eliminate internal stress and high frequency vibration, to ensure the overall accuracy of the fuselage. Has a good rigidity, two cylinders fixed on the left and right columns (wallboard).
2.Our Shear blades use 6CrW2Si material, Hardness 55-62HRC, heat treatment, annealing,high quality materials ,four cutting edges can be usable,can cut stainless steel; if use 9CrSi material,blade cannot cut stainless steel.
3. squaring arm with inch or mm scale.
4. blade clearance(gap) adjusted by button , (Variable rake angle)shearing angle adjusted by button .
5. If you want to change normal screw to ball screw to improve accuracy of backgauge, need to add cost.
6. Safety key to start machine, machine install emergency button.
7.Our machine add frequency inverter, backgauge can one time positioning.
