Introduction
Application
The machine can be widely used in such industries as electro-mechanics, chemical industries, boiler, shipbuilding, wind tower for power generation, steel construction aviation, etc.
Hydraulic system
This independent hydraulic system provides power to lift bottom and side rollers through driving cylinders, also controls tilting cylinder up and down. The hydraulic system works reliable with reasonable design. In order to guarantee oil clean, system is equipped with oil sucking & returning filters with high accuracy. The radial quick joints particularly used in metallurgical & mining are applied in the hydraulic pipes and valves to avoid leaking.
The main valves of the hydraulic system are the products of the Taiwan Northman Co., Ltd. or abroad. Pump oil filters, motors and seals are products of famous producers inland. All of them are advanced performances and reliable quality. All hydraulic parts have passed strict inspection and test to eliminate hidden trouble before usage.
System pipes with over load protection are well arranged to easily operate and act flexible.
Electric system
Constitution
The system consists of intelligent high-speed PLC, colorized touchable display, digital quantity unit, analog unit and the sensors etc. made by Japanese company OMRON.
Movable operation table for central control is adopted, which is more convenient for operator. There are touch screen and many buttons on the table, which can change operation status and set different parameters. The screen has colorful text and graphics, whose design follows the principles of simple, convenience and directness.
The system can set Jog, Spot, Single step, Auto run and different parameters, which are switched by touchable screen and buttons so as to realize the real-time control of movements, the display of working rollers positions, alarming, the input of different parameters, automatic running and help information etc.
Sensors for the lifting of working rollers are high precision linear displacement sensors and rotation sensors are high pulse incremental encoders to ensure display precision and running precision of each working roller.
Most heavy current elements with long service life and long fault-free time are the best products abroad like Schneider or inland.
