Movement of upper and bottom roller
1,rolling machine Upper roller can do both level movement (move from left to right)and vertical movement(move from up to down).
2,Bottom roller is fixed. It just does rotation clockwise and counterclockwise.
3,rolling machine pre-bending is achieved by horizontal movement of upper roller and presses the end of plate .High precision pre-bending, freely control the straight side of plate.
4,rolling round, it is achieved by means of the motor and reducer to drive two bottom rollers.

1). Free installation, trial start and adjustment, training. But the machine quotation doesn’t including the charges of our engineers in the buyer’s country if you want, and the buyer must take charge of all the expenditure including airplane tickets of our engineers when in the buyer’s country to do the service!
2).Warranty period is 2 years. During the warranty period we shall reply to the call or Fax from the user for the machine faults (expect for faults caused by no abiding by the relevant operation regulations, or by force injury) within 24hours.
