JXW43S- series of plate straightening machine are mainly used to process plate straightening in cold working.
After the straightening, the surface of the plate is even and some of the residual internal stress of the plate can be eliminated.
The machine is a general plate straightening device and is widely used in shipyard, boiler, aviation, hydropower, chemical industry, metal construction and machine building industry.
When straightening, the feeding conveyer feed the plate to the main body.
The position of top rollers is very important. When work starts, the relative position of top rollers should be adjusted to the best straightening result, then mass straightening of the same plate thickness can be done.
It has the digital device to display the position of top roller, which greatly conveniences the operator.
