USAGE OF THE PRODUCT:
Salt bath furnace can be used for carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, die steel and aluminum alloy quenching, annealing, tempering, cyanide, aging heat treatment, such as heating, also can be used in precision forging steel less oxidation heating.
Detailed Product Description:
The salt-bath furnace consists
consists of steel shell, lining, electrical electrodes, connect belts, transformer, electrical control cabinet .
The steel shell welded by 3mm plate. The lining is piled with refractory bricks.
There are three kinds of electrical electrodes: A-electrical electrode, B-electrical electrode, C-electrical electrodes, start electrical electrode.
The start electrical electrode is made by 35 bar, use for heat the salt before the salt melt, when the salt is melt the start electrical electrode could take off. Then the furnace could heat the salt melt with: A-electrical electrode, B-electrical electrode, C-electrical electrodes. The parts must put on the basket and put in the salt melt, they forbid throw into the salt melt! The electrical electrodes connect to the transformer with connect belts. Electrical control cabinet consists of digital instruments and PID control of high accuracy. The temperature control as SHIMADEN (made in japan ) brand
