Electrical Chamber Furnace is mainly use for normalizing, aAnnealing, Quenching of Mechanical parts.
Uses:Normalizing, annealing, quenching of mechanical parts
Structure Instruction:
electrical chamber furnace consists of shell,lining,sealed furnace door,electrical heat elements,manipulating equipment and electrical control cabinet, etc.
The heat area size is 2000×1280×505mm(L×W×H),and the furnace outside size is3000×2280×1500mm(L×W×H).
The furnace shell is made by angle steel and plate welded as cube. So the furnace is firm and durable. The shell is painted after anti-embroidered treatment.
2,Lining
The furnace lining is piled with lightweight refractory bricks named Mullite. Mullite is a kind of aluminum silicate and could use in very high temperature as 1500°C. Compared with other refractory bricks, mullite is lighter and more stable. There are filld with full-fiber refractory insulation materials between the shell and lining to keep sealing and reduce heat loss.
3,Sealed furnace door
The sealed furnace door has the welded steel shell outer and full-fiber refractory insulation materials inter to keep seal and insulation. The door open/close with hand crank. The door could fixed by the fixation on the door to keep safe.
4,Electrical heat elements
The electrical heat elements are silicone carbide sticks, placed the top and the bottom of the lining.
5,Machine manipulating equipment
Machine manipulating equipments have two different kinds with two different sizes of ingots. The speed of uploading is adjusted. The shapes of manipulating equipments need designed as your request(we need the drawings). Because the machine manipulating equipments has different size , so the price is not included.
