Double paddle shaft mixer and single Ribbon shaft mixer , for mixer machine for animal feed details , as below :
1.mixer machine for animal feed is widely used to mix animal feed and fertilizer powder, granule e.c.t .
various liquid can be added. mixing time per batch is just 3-6 minutes,
Now it is widely used in animal feed and fertilizer industry, aquatic product breeding,
chemical industry, medicine and so on.
2.mixer machine for animal feed has two input feeding doors ,the outlet discharging doors both have manual and pneumatic type, generally larger than 1000 Model will install
pneumatic discharging door , in this way, no need to operate by manual
The discharge speed is very fast, and there is no residual left after discharged .
3.mixer machine for animal feed Mixing time is short (3-6 minutes /batch). Adding input and outlet time,
the mixing time is about 15-20minutes per batch(full load working), it can mix 4-6times per hour. The degree of homogeneity is high(cv is smaller than 5%), the mixing time can be adjusted according to feeding materials speed and quanity.
4. mixer machine for animal feed has single two-- layer ribbon shaft inside,mixing efficiency
and working balance are both very high .all steel materials of mixer can be changed into full stainless or carbon steel according to raw materials charactor .
