Mixer machine for animal feed application:
Mixer machine for animal feed can mix maize, corn, soybean, wheat, grain and other feed material powder for animal or poultry use.
Mixer machine for animal feed working principle:
The feed mixer consists of two opposite direction of rotation of the rotor.There are several special angles welded blades.On one hand, the blade lead material counterclockwise rotation along the slot inner wall surface, on the other hand, driven material turning left or right. Then forming a floating zone at the overlap part of two rotor. In this region, no matter the material shape, dimension and density, all material will float, lost in an instant heavy state, thereby enable the raw material in continuous turning in the slot part, thus achieve the even and high efficiency mixing effect.
Mixer machine for aniaml feed characteristics :
1. Mixer machine for animal feed mainly used for feed and fertilizer industry.
2. Mixer machine for animal feed has full length discharging door, discharge speed is fast, no residual of raw material. Input door generally has two, more convenient to add raw material. Input and output door both have manual and pneumatic type, generally larger than 1000 model will use pneumatic type, thus no need manual.
3. Mixer machine for animal feed mixing time is very short, will use 40-90 seconds/batch.Adding input and output time, mixing time is 10-15 minutes per batch(full load working), thus it can mix 4-6 times per hour. Homogeneity degree is very high(CV is smaller than 5%).
4. Mixer machine for animal feed has double paddle shafts, mixing efficiency and working balance are both high. The feed mixer has carbon steel and stainless steel two kinds, can choose by your requirement.
5. Mixer machine for animal feed rotor got dynamic balance test, will working stable when operation. The gap between shaft and tank body design is very reasonable, mixing efficiency, no dead angle.
6. Mixer machine for animal feed can add liquid, mixing evenly even contain 30% liquid. Also can mix viscous material.
7. Mixer machine for animal feed chain sprocket adopts three rows chain structure, the rotor will rotate at the drive of cycloid reducer with same direction. The transmission mechanism is unique, working very stable when operation, transmission torque is big, low wear and tear.
