2.twin shaft mixer has two input feeding doors ,the outlet discharging doors have manual and pneumatic two types, generally larger than SHJ1000 Model will install pneumatic discharging door , in this way, no need to operate discharging part manually.The discharge speed is very fast, and there is no residual left inside after discharged .
3.twin shaft mixer Mixing time is short ( 30-90seconds /batch). Adding input and outlet time,the mixing time is about 10-15minutes per batch(full load working), it can mix 4-6times per hour. 4.twin shaft mixer has two double paddle shafts inside,its advantages comparing with other common ribbon blender is that mixing time is more than three times shorter and higher efficiency . Its mixing efficiency and working balance are both very high .all steel materials can be changed into full stainless or carbon steel according to raw materials character
