Double paddle shaft mixer and single Ribbon shaft mixer , for animal feed mill mixer/livestock feed mixer/cattle feed mixer details , as below :
1.feed mixer manual is widely used to mix animal feed and fertilizer powder, granule e.c.t .various liquid can be added. mixing time per batch is just 3-6 minutes,Now it is widely used in animal feed and fertilizer industry, aquatic product breeding,chemical industry, medicine and so on.
2. feed mixer manual has two input feeding doors ,the outlet discharging doors both have manual and pneumatic type, generally larger than 1000 Model will installpneumatic discharging door , in this way, no need to operate by manual
The discharge speed is very fast, and there is no residual left after discharged .
3. feed mixer manual Mixing time is short (3to6 minutes /batch). Adding input and outlet time,the mixing time is about 15-20minutes per batch(full load working), it can mix 4-6times per hour. The degree of homogeneity is high(cv is smaller than 5%), the mixing time can be adjusted according to feeding materials speed and quanity.
4. feed mixer manualr has single two- layer ribbon shaft inside,mixing efficiencyand working balance are both very high .all steel materials of mixer can be changed into full stainless or carbon steel according to raw materials charactor .
