for pellet cooler details, as below :
1.SKLN counter flow pellet cooler mainly cool some pellets, after cooling, the temperature is not higher
than room temperature +3-5.
2.pellet cooler by adopting counter flow theory, cold air will go from bottom to top, pellets will go from top
to bottom, as time goes on, pellets will pulse at the cooler bottom, cold air will meet with cooled pelltes ,
hot air will meet with hot pellets , in this way will avoide cold air meeting with hot pellets to be broken,
especially pellets surface. it can be cooled fully and equally, dust shaping rate is smaller than 2%. the
pellet cooler generally works with cyclone and air fan.
3.pellet cooler Slide valve slug clearance hole is used, thus makes the pellet cooler operation stable and
makes the materials discharge be easy and smooth.
4.pellet cooler generally works with cyclone and air fan, air lock. which is used to clean dust, also it can
install a screener at the cooler bottom, which can separate dust and good pellets after cooling.
