l Service and Warranty
Once you buy our Fusion Splicer machine, we offer original packaging new machine, the products meet industry-related quality standards and commitment to enjoy the following services provided by our company:
1. If there is quality problem from the date of purchase within three months, we offer free replacement machine, and we pay the shipping cost.
2. Lifetime warranty, lifetime free parts, but these circumstances are not within the scope of this provision.
P.S. Except for the cleaver, Miller clamp, stripping pliers, fiber holders and other tools whose life depends on the frequency of use and the use of the environment. Battery warranty for one year, it is in free warranty where it is damaged or can not be charged in one year.
3. Without our company authorization, unauthorized disassembly, repair situation; at the same time our company reserves the right to further responsibility.
4. When the splicing reaches 30,000 times, our company will replace a brand new machine for customer free of charge.
A. Splicing times to bind the APP software records shall prevail.
B. Customers need to send back the old machine.
C. After we received the old machine, we will provide free replacement of the latest new machines to customers.
D. Cleaver, Miller clamp, stripping pliers and fiber holders are not in the free replacement.
l Packaging & Shipping
Orders would be shipped within 2 working days upon receiving cleared payments when stock lasts. Delivery time depends on the shipping method, the following is the typical time:
Faster courier (Such as FedEx, DHL, UPS...) would take 3-7 days;
Air mail (Hong Kong air mail, Singapore air mail) would take 10--14 days.
Package might be delayed occasionally by the Customs or the carrier, we sincerely hope each customer could give a few more days when this happens
