We produce biomass pellet production line machines, such as wood logs debarking machine, wood logs splitter, wood chipper, hammer mill , straw bale crusher, grass cutter , dryer and cooler, pellet machine and briquette machine , biomass pellet stove pellet packing machine and all conveyors , for briquette machine details , as below:
1.Briquette machine is to press the sawdust, rice husk, coffee husk, peanuts shell, sun flower seed, stalk,grass,straw and weeds into briquettes, bricks and pellets, and update the combustion value several times in identical unite volume, so that the burning time is enlarged more than ten times. The last briquette length can be adjusted. The finished products are mainly used as fuels for fireplace, boiler and power plant. The ash after burning can be directly used in the field as fertilizer.
2. Standing out from briquette machine is that our briquette machine is flat die , flat die has unique advantages to enlarge flat die diameter , in this way, roller assemble and bearings are both enlarged , which can produce larger pressure .especially for crude fiber materials. if machine pressure is not enough ,bearings will be easily broken after worked short time . but flat fie briquette machine overcome the weakness. by roller assemble moving ,flat die keep stable , in this way, makes larger pressure and produce good briquettes.
