The surface temperature of PTC can be controlled by itself, control circuit may be omitted in most appliances. Our PTC products are high reliable, long aging, but if they are assembled improperly, the end product may be loose, power or temperature may be instable. It operates in long life, and has excellent insulation on high voltage. The surface temperature changes 5~10°C only, when supplied voltage changes 2 time.
Application:
Hair straightener, hair crimper, wax melting heater, vapor generator, humidifier, water boiler, liquid warmer, coffee warmer, polymer press-coating heater, hot glue gun, chocolate extruder, shoe dryer, hand/foot warmer, massager, physical therapy heater.
Notice:
| 1 | Surface temperature can be selected between 50~280C. Rate voltage can be 6V~240V,AC or DC. |
| 2 | The tolerance of surface temperature is ±7 usually. |
| 3 | Put PTC in water, when check the power in water, and the temperature of water is 25 C |
| 4 | Customer designed shapes are possible. |
