XKJ-480 rubber refining mill machine/reclaimed rubber machine
Structural Features:
The roll is made of chilled cast iron with vanadium and titanium alloys. The roll face is hard and anti-wear. Both the front roll and the back roll are plain. The internal cavity of the roll is processed to make temperature well proportioned on the roll surface.
The machine equipped with overload protection device to prevent the major components from being damaged due to overloading.
The transmission system adopts NGW hard facing gear reducer or ordinary reducer, which has compacted structure with higher transmission efficiency, low noise and longer working life.
The machine is equiped with scraper and wind up unit, which can take the reclaiming rubber off from the winding-up roller.
Application:
To improve impurity in reclaimed rubber, working with rubber mixing mill and devulcanizer make the relclaimed rubber production line.
