Odorless PVC board white glue (8-10m2/kg 0.1mm)
Product introduce :
This product is no flavor two component adhesive without solvent, using imported monomer refined by vacuum reaction.Its outstanding characteristic is not contain volatile organic compounds and high bonding strength
Advantages of features:
1, this product is not contain volatile organic compounds, is conducive to environmental protection;
2, high bonding strength, the products can be damaged while material destructive testing;
3, Long bonding open time, around 2 hours , suitable for procedure of press more board material.
4, low strength of initial bonding, can be adjusted for align.;
5, High heat resistance, strong water resistance.
To use:
Apply to EVA, PVC board, in the bottom, board, fire prevention board, paper, cloth, cotton, leather, bamboo material such as bonded, especially suitable for PVC foam board and PVC plastic composite.
Ingredients:
According <GB18583 "interior decoration material adhesives >standard.
Method of use:
1, The material must be clean, smooth, dry;
2, the adhesive solution and curing agent strictly according to the proportion of 5:1 (weight ratio) stir well (at least 5 minutes),
Use brush, roller coating (recommended) adhesive solution evenly coated l on the surface( single sizing)
After 30 minutes bonding two boards togerther , and adjust the position. Then use Hydraulic cold press machine pressure curing in 8 to 10 hours;
4, after the completion of the engineering project, wash machine. With thinner.
Note: the ratio of adhesive solution should be accurate as far as possible, not by feeling or experience with glue, application of measuring tools such as electronic balance; Adhesive solution to mix well and used up within 2 hours.
