Our service aim is:
Our factory has five workshops: machining, forging, pressing, threading and forming. We can manufacture according to ISO, ANSI, JIS, DIN and GB Standards. We manufacture pipe products of various kinds of specifications with high, middle and low pressures series, which are mainly used in petroleum and chemical industries. As professional manufacturer and worldwide supplier of pipe fittings made-in-China, our products include elbows, pipe reducers, tees, big bends, caps made from carbon steel and stainless steel. Annual output of our factory is 6000 tons per year. In addition we can machine internal and external thread parts of various sizes, the annual output is 1000 tons per year. For several years the products of our factory have been exported to many countries and areas, such as, Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Taiwan, etc.
3) Plastic mould design concept
1. product and mould structure design in 2D and 3D program. If necessary R&D offers service offers service for innovative product design with support of mould flow program. |
2. Mould project sent for customer confirmation and print 2D tooling and machining artwork detail drawing with acceptable tolerance marked. |
3. Purchasing the material and mould standard components according to the list information in 2D tooling detail drawing. |
4. Steel material tooling and heat treatment according to the listed step on the 2D artwork detail drawing. |
5. Mould assembling and quality inspection according to 2D mould assembling detail drawing. |
6. Mould test and products are sent to customer for confirmed. |
7. Sample sent for customer inspection and get approval for shipment of mould. |
