How to avoid the bucket mould core eccentricity, caused the bucket wall thickness not even?
1. optimal and equal cooling effects in different area of bucket mould cavity and core.
2. the high and angle of the bucket moulds interlock system.
3. the machining process to the bucket moulds cavity and cores will cause the eccentricity.
Design ability
Our engineer have many years of technical experience at injection mould design by using. Pro-E, Solid works, U.G and Auto-CAD, All of these ensure our good technical communication with customers, so as to avoid mistakes.
Clients can provide the 2D or 3D drawing in DXF,DWG,PRT, IGS, STP format or just send us the sample. We will scan the sample and make produce blueprint, begin to design the mould assemble drawing after get the clients confirmation.
