Advantage for oil sludge or oil garbage incineration technology
(1) Furnace temperature around 1150℃±50℃,suitable for power heating.
(2) External emissions of dioxin and other toxic substances to achieve environmental indicators
(3) The volume of garbage can be reduced by 200~250 times. After water quenching change to tasteless inorganic glass, these can be used for road brick building materials. Liquid slag outlet heavy metal alloy can be recycled to non-ferrous metals industry.
(4) The production line of municipal solid waste incineration power plant adopts PLC full automation electric control system, reducing labor costs.
Product line introduce:
Aojie introduced Japan’s high temperature and ultra high temperature industrial cyclone furnace of sludge incineration technology, and realized abecedarian industrialization through considering to develop. This used furnace gasification, melting, liquid slag, city garbage incineration technology.
Aojie sludge recycling incineration technology for city garbage and sludge, this reduce harmful air emissions. Such as: SOX, NOX and heavy metal emissions and toxic gas ,H2S, HCl, Cr, Cd, Hg and other heavy metal emissions. After use aojie incineration production line, concept for this output gas is:
CH4: 4%;
CO:50%;
H2:30%;
Co2:14%;
Other hydrocarbons: 1%;
Garbage in the chlorine containing substances and lime neutralization reaction, generating CaCl2 and is cured in the residue, furnace discharge gas used for electricity heating or chemical raw material.
Many urban garbage power plant using low-temperature combustion grate for incineration. This form of grate firing at low temperature and low burning temperature, waste incineration volume very small, electricity shortage and environmental pollution is still serious.
Production line working process:
City garbage or industrial sludge, fix with limestone, coke (anthracite or half coke).Then put these from top of furnace. Our coal furnace divided into five area:
- Drying preheating area
- Pyrolysis and gasification area
- Combustion area
- Melt area
- Liquid slag water quenching, metal sorting and building materials system
As below picture shows:
First step, oil sludge or oil garbage will under 300℃ drying preheating area, this high temperature will evaporate most of water. After drying, city garbage or industrial sludge go to pyrolysis and gasification area(300℃~600℃). This step will use outlet air. This outlet air include: CH4,CO,H2,NH3 and HCl. HCl and NH3 mixed with limestone and get NH4Cl,CaCl2. Other combustible gases into the secondary combustion chamber or furnace for second time heating. Now, only left cokes. These cokes will fell to combustion area. Melt area temperature around 1700℃~1800℃, all harmful substances, non-combustible and combustible things will decomposition melted into liquid object. After that, this liquid will mix with water. Then slag equipment separate metal and inorganic residue. Metal can be recycled and inorganic residue is used for brick material.
