Hot air gas furnace for steel plant Application:
It is a new type of hot air supply equipment. It can use natural gas, blast furnace gas, coke oven gas.etc.

Structure:
Hot air furnace is composed by fuel supply system, burner, air distribution devices, combustion chamber and thermal control system.
Flue gases pipelines can be installed with gate regulating valve or high temperature control valve. The combustion chamber shell of the furnace is dicyclic and all steel.
The fore chamber is firing space lined with fire-resistant insulation.
The cold wind forced into the chamber forms annular flow between the inside and outside shells, which can effectively absorb the outside temperature of the furnace’s inner race, increase lining life and reduce heat loss.
The air-mixing chamber is rearward for the mixture of the hot air in the furnace and the cold air in annular space. Reasonably adjust the fuel (gas) and the cold air amounts to regulate the hot air temperature of the furnace.
The gas furnace is installed with explosion-proof device to ensure the equipment is safe to use.
The hot air supplies heat with negative pressure flow. The heat exchanger can be installed in the flue gases outlet of the furnace to produce pure hot air if required.
