Through introducing Germany clean coal combustion technology and NID semi dry desulfurization and denitrification, and CO2 solidifying advanced environmental protection technology from USA ABB company, along with combining with China's national conditions, Aojie has developed industrial boiler energy saving and environmental protection technology with less investment, better environmental protection and efficient operation mode.

With these energy-saving technologies, Aojie develops energy-saving and environmental protection system for Chinese industrial boilers of 4T/H to 100T/H, providing a comprehensive technology upgrading for Chinese traditional industrial boiler system.

    Through the above energy-saving and environmental-protection technologies, it will reach the following targets for 4T/H-100T/H coal-fired industrial boilers:

1. Taking advanced dual swirl pulverized coal burner for boiler, with coal burning rate of more than 99%, eliminating pollution source;

2. It reaches PLC automation control. With pre-furnace and composite combustion technology, boilers will not have coking problems and realize personalized requirements of energy saving and environmental protection;

3. Totally changing old-type boiler into clean pulverized coal industrial boiler,  improving boiler output by 30% and saving coal consumption by more than 15%;

4. Taking two-stage desulfurization and denitration system inside the boiler, and high rate circulation system of semi dry desulfurization, denitrification, and NID dust removal system outside the industrial boiler furnace. The environmental detection value of SOx < 100mg/m3, NOX < 200mg/m3 dust < 10mg/m3, outlet flue gas temperature less than 100℃, industrial boiler combustion efficiency > 95%, meeting the latest national emission standard of industrial boiler;

5. Taking CO/CO2 return technology and non-nitride combustion technology, greatly reduce the production of NOX;

6. As the slag contains a lot of CaO and external calcium based sorbents, slag and flue gas will be discharged into a special reaction tank. Through special reaction, it absorbs CO2 in flue gas and generates CaCO3, so as to realize the solidifying of CO2. The slag can be used in building material and cement industry.
