Vacuum forming machine suitable for thermoforming PS, HIPS, PVC, PET, PP and flocking sheets to produce various blister package(Thermoforming machine, vacuum forming machine, plastic machine, packing machine, packaging machine) DXS-700/1200-B computerized vacuum forming machine is a new style automatic computerized high speed vacuum forming machine (thermoforming machine), designed, researched, and developed by our company. This equipment not only has the functions of DXS-700/1200-A, but also is the best forming equipment for thermoforming degradable starch materials.
It is designed by the principle of mechanical-electrical-pneumatic integration. It adopts PLC control system, panel and AC voltage meter adjustment. This fully automatic forming equipment is for thermoforming plastic sheets integrating feeding and heating with forming, cooling,mold ejecting and cutting. This machine features performance and convenient operation. It also has functions of vacuum, second molding, ahead vacuum, blown and mold ejecting.
Application Area:
It is suitable for thermoforming PS, HIPS, PVC, PET, PP and flocking sheets to produce
various blister packaging and blister trays; including: curatorial injection
salvers, cookies tray,mobile phone tray,cookies tray and disposable
tableware.
