Product Description

Outer end cap and cylinder barrel girth automatic welding machine --- This equipment is used for welding the girth between cylinder and spring chassis girth . The welding trace is a circular-ring curve. This machine adopts the SAM welding process method. The transportation and reclamation of flux can be automatically achieved.

There have two hydraulic brackets adopted to control the up and down movement of the workpieces.

The spring can be compressed by the hydraulic pushing mechanism . Through the operation of the man machine interface , the pushing pressure can be adjusted to different size of workpieces.

The welding current can be transmitted to the welding power by rotation conductive device. The PLC can control the operation of the whole equipment with auto and manual modes . The welding parameters can be set by the man machine interface .
