Product Description

 

This is a project we did for a gloves manufacture for their gloves picking, dipping and placing system.

 

 

Working processure: 

People manually put the working bar in upward position on the automatic conveyor----people manually put the gloves on the working bar----The working bar will gloves will go forward automatically----Robot arm pick bar from the conveyor---Moving to 

chemical tank and dip angular in chemical tank----Place bar on rack----Back 

to the original position 8s/bar per cycle.

 

People manually put the gloves mould on the automatic conveyor.

 

The gloves mould with gloves will go forward automatically.

 

Robot picking the workpiece with gloves from the automatic conveyor.

 

Dipping the bar with gloves in the chemical tank.

 

Placing the finished dipping gloves on the rack.
