concrete batching machine is the automatic device of the concrete batching equipment. It can finish the materials batching process by itself according to the concrete matching, such as sand and gravel cement, etc.
It is consist of storage hopper,weighing system, feeding system, electronic control system and suitable for different working place.
And we use the pneumatic valve and belt conveyor to transport to loading.

1.feeding system: combined with storage hopper and feeding device together. The mainly function are storage materials and feeding the weigh bucket under the control system.
2. weighing system: it is the important part of the batching machine. Including weigh bucket, suspension device, weighing system sensor, batching control instrument, etc.
3. electrical control system: it is the heart parts of the batching machine, the function is that it can achieve every kinds of automatic batching process, and can achieve the weighing, display, operate of the batching machine. The system is mainly consist of batching control instrument and the electrical circuit together.
