Our black teas are made from the finest tea buds, hand-picked, and processed by the hands of our tea makers. Our high quality black teas are infused with orchid scents, ripe fruits, and a hint of honey. The tea drinks are red in color, clear, and lingering of sweet aftertaste.
Preparation Instructions: Water temperature for making oolong tea should be about 95 degrees Celsius (203 degrees Fahrenheit). Black tea should be steeped for approximately 3-5 minutes belong to how much tea you are using.

CHARACTERISTIC & GEOGRAPHICAL POSITION OF THE TEA GARDEN
This tea garden is cultivated in the western plateau, at the end of Truong Son Mountains too, close to the primitive forest. It belongs to a low developed area of land therefore little polluted. The soil layer is thick, suitable for the growth of all kinds of plants. The garden is in between 1,000 to 1,100 meters height compared with the sea level, covered with clouds and mist all the year round, nice and cool weather in four seasons, with wonderful fresh air.

Our company was established in 1999. we specialize in planting and processing teas. Our company have 100 hectares of lands, there are 50 hectares for tea, 12 hectares for coffee, and 38 hectares to grow others kind of tree to help ecological balance.
Our capacity is approximate 5-6 tons per month for all kinds of tea, Gaba oolong tea can make around 500 to 800 kgs per month. This number is not high because doing Gaba oolong tea take a lot of times, the tea has to undergo vacuum anaerobic fermentation and stirring in 10 hours for three times before fanning.
Black tea, it also takes 4 days to make one batch, so the capacity is only 1.5 to 2 tons per month
Green tea, Oolong tea (lightly roasted) and oolong green tea (non-roasted) is about 3-4 tons per month.
Our company capacity is not large, but our products are special and unique, the quantity is stable around the year. We only process teas which is plucked from our farm, we do not buy fresh tea leaves from others farm, so we can control quality of our tea.
♣ The tea garden is developed by an ecological environment and balance:
Respecting and preserving earth and its natural resources is Dong Son’s priority. Our owners do not select to grow only certain types of plants in the gardenbut rather create a symbiosis of various plant and animal species that can live harmoniously with one another. Therefore, our oolong teas are produced in the most ideal and natural environment without any short cuts or manipulations of industrial methods.
♣Growing various plants helps regulate the atmosphere in the garden:
It is important at Dong Son garden to protect the underground water in the garden, cultivate around a trapezium shape, and create an exquisite system to release excess water. Large and tall trees are grown in the garden to provide natural shades and protection against extreme sun damages to our tea crops.

♣Weedkillers (chemical herbicides) are not used at the Dong Son. Weeds and overgrown grass are removed by our workers’ hands. Controllable amount of grass are methodically grown between rows of tea crops to enhance the natural aromas of the oolong tea. This truly sets apart Dong Son tea products from others.
