1. Name of product:Sunproof general type color fixative agent (HA)

3. Shelf life: 18 months

5. Ingredients: STPP , D- iso- ascorbic acid sodium , disodium edetate.
6. Product description: HA (Sunproof general type color fixative) is for the fresh and color keeping
for the product of the fruit, vegetable and the product of the fruit ,vegetable juice. Add the HA to
the color food,beverage, fruit juice , vegetable juice,preserved fruit,salted vegetables and picked
vegetable. It was found that the HA had reduce the light fading , prevent the browning and
decaying.the advantage of the product is the small amount, low cost, simple operate,stable
property etc.
7. Range of use: This for flavored drink and juice to protect the color of juice.
8. Method of use: Blending the HA and a small quantity of sugar until the powder is no
agglomeration. And then put it into hot water slowly. Use the high-shear emulsifier or colloid mill
heating it and make it dissolve absolutely.
9. Dosage: 0.05%~0.07%
10. Storage requirement: room temperature,and shall be stored it in a dry and cool area.
11. Notes: 1. Don’t add other thickener or stabilizer while using this product, or the quality may
be affected; 2. Once open the package, must be finished as soon as possible, or need exhaust and
sealing to the surplus product; 3. When you first time to use this product, please do small test to
make sure you take the right operation and get the good effect.
