The GE is a Jam powder, this product has the function for emulsification, stabilizing, thickening, suspension and improve the palate of the relative product.
The GE can make the jam become thickened and uniformly. If we use the knife streak the jam, the jam liquid can't dropt very quickly. And it’s easy to daub the jam in cake uniformly.
This product can be used to produce the fresh jam, the concentrate juice or jam, flavor fruit jam or the freeze proof jam.

Usage:
1.Commonly, its recommended unit is 0.50~1.00%
2.usable method
[1]produce the jam use the fresh fruit.
Fresh fruit--color protection(ZE2 0.1%~0.2%, boiling 3~5min)--beating--concentrate--blending
(0.7% GE powder, acid, flavor)--concentrate until the date is 65°Beor45°Be--filing--seal
--sterilize(100°C,20min).
[2]produce the jam use the fruit thick liquid.
GE powder 1kg, sugar 65kg,water 50kg---concentrate until the weighted is 95kg--cooling it until the temperature is 80°C---add the fruit thick liquid produce by YAYI about 5kg--filling--seal
--finished product.
