1. SomeTFW2(four-polar 1500r/min)series brushless three-phasse Ac synchronous generators has an output equal or more than 200kW.They all use advanced specific forming hard windings and the VPI(Vaccum Pressure lmpregnating )technology is adopted in the insulation procedure of the stator and rotor windings. It greatly improve the interturn and interphase insulation level and guarantee the generator’s reliable operation. Consequently,it extends the longevity of the generator.
2. The integral salient-ploe rotor is used. Special designs for iron-core ventilation is adopted.The windings are solid and have good performance in thermal radiating. with the use of full damping windings, the parallel operating is steady.
3. The cylindrical steel base is used. The whole set is firm and stable. The appearance of the product is novel and delicate.
4. The A.V.R(Automatic Voltage Regulator)features in preclse regulation, low speed protection, reliable regulation while parallel operating, integrated seal technique, high resistance to fungus, moist, salt mist and vibration, etc.
5. According to different installation requirment, the product has two kinds of structure, the single bearing type and the double bearing type. In the single bearing type,We use the international general SAE standard flywheel interface and coupler for connection. If ordered ,we also provide unstandardized connection. In the double bearing type, the transmission end cover has three choices such as flange cap,integrated cap and general cap.According to different power distribution requirement, there are two types of generators available: the single-machine type(equipped with a little self-exciting bin)and the complete-set type(equipped with a control bin)
