Introduction
Insulated Rubber Cable cable is used to power the secondary circuit of electric arc-welding generators, the circuit that controls the electrode that emits the charge used to weld. This cable is made from flexible copper wire surrounded by a protective covering that is resistant to flame, heat, oil and abrasions, among other things. While welding cable is not meant to be part of any other system, it has a history of being used for public lighting arrangements.
These cables are used for connecting the electrodes to the welding equipment.These cables are used in the automobile industry in shipbuilding, in transport, conveyor system, tool making machinery and welding robots etc.They are suitable for welding equipment in industry, in automated welding equipment, in tooling constructions, automobile and ship building as well as for hand-held electrodes in workshops and at building sites.These flexible and robust current-carrying cables are suitable for use at high mechanical loads in dry, moist and wet rooms as well for outdoor applications.
1.Product Standard
This product is manufactured according to GB/5013,JB8735.
2.Application
1.Allowed long-term working temperature of the cable conductor:for silicon rubber insulated ,the highest temperature is 180℃,for the others,it is 60℃.
2.For the type of YQW,YAW,YCW,the cables have a good properties of oil-resistance and climate-resiatance,it is suitable used outdoor or the site with oil fouling .
3.Implemented standard
1.For the type of 60245IEC03(YG),implement GB5013.3 Heat-resistant, << silicon rubber insulated cable >>
2.For the type of 60245IEC53(YZ),60245IEC57(YZW),and 60245IEC66(YCW) implement GB5013.4
3.For the type of 60245IEC70(YTB),60245IEC74(YT),60245IEC75(YTF) implement GB5013.5<<evator cable >>.
4.For the type of 60245IEC81(YH),60245IEC82(YHF) implement GB5013.6<<cable for welding machine>>.
5.or the type of YQ,YQW,YZ,YZW,YZB,YZWB,YC,YCW implement JB8735.2 < <General rubber flexible cable >>.
4.Delivery Requirements
If welding cable is packed in circle,its length should be 100m long.If it is packed in bundle,its length should be no less than 100m.The short welding cable which are no less than 20m are permissible to delivery.The quantity of short welding cable should be no more than 10% of the whole delivery.If mutual agreement is made,everything will be done according to the agreement.
