Features
1) The machine is professional automatic equipment for marking and drilling of angle steel.
2) With CNC and serve motor it achieves high efficiency and stable working accuracy
3) The main hydraulic,pneumatic and electrical elements are all imported from Germany,Japan Italy South Korea, etc.
4) Easy programming. The operator can use the automatic data from software directly. Friendly Computer interface can show workpiece’s figure, easy for operation.
Advantages
1) Rotation speeds of all spindles are stepless adjustable realized by frequency converter. Feeding speed is also stepless adjustable realized by flow control valves. Rapid feed, working feed and rapid back of drilling spindles can be automatically converted
2) There is a marking unit in the drilling line. Marking stadia can be preset conveniently.
3) Cooling system with automatic circling is adopted to prolong the life of drills.
4) Machining program can be generated automatically in computer as long as operator inputs the dimensions of workpiece which can be conveniently stored, called up, displayed, and communicated according to the different workpieces.
5) Direct transfer of CAD/CAM.
6) Equipped with Self-diagnostic function.
