Semi cnc angle steel machine
Features:
1. Simply machine for angles punching in iron tower industry
2. No necessary to mark line before punching
3. CNC system for holes distance and staida
4. Punching two different holes only angle pass through press one time
5. Directly transfer from CAD/CAM
6. Max. size of angle (mm): 40×40×3~160×160×12

Advantages:
1 The machine is equipped with two punches for different holes. Hole’s dimension can be selected by computer program.There are two stripper for preventing angles from lifting.
2 AC servo motor via ballscrew can make angles transverse movement for changing of stadia. Pneumatic cylinder presses angle against baffle-plate for ensuring the precision of stadia.
3 There are liner guide and rack throughout the infeed rollerway. CNC carrier can be driven by AC servo motor on the liner guide, which ensures accurate punching for angles.
4 Only input the hole's data of workpiece into computer or plug the disc about machining information into computer, then edge distance, hole distance, stadia, holes' quantity, hole’s diameter can be controlled automatically.
5 Main components, such as CNC system, AC servo motor, electric and air valves, etc, are imported from abroad.
