Features:
1) High-efficiency processing equipment--CNC automatic drilling and marking production line for angles for tower manufacturing industry.
2) Mainly for drilling large angles with high intensity.
3) Precise spindle with high-speed drilling.
4) The drilling unit is equipped with six CNC drills. The angle bar can be processed into finished angle in one time as passing through the machine.
5) Use high speed carbide drills with inner cooling.
6) The machining process is numerically controlled and its operation is very convenient It can fulfill automation,high precision,multi species and mass production.
7) The upper computer adopts friendly computer interface which is easy to operate. It can accept certain processing program which is made by lofting software. And it also supports manual programming.
Advantages:
1) This machine is composed of transverse conveyor, rotating loading system, infeed conveyor,CNC infeed carriage, CNC drilling unit, marking unit, unloading conveyor, as well as hydraulic electrical and pneumatic systems etc.
2) There are three groups of drilling heads on each side of drilling unit which can install three kinds of drills with different diameter. Three groups of drilling heads can move together controlled by CNC to change the drilling stadia.
3) CNC drilling head uses two Linear Motion Rolling Guides driven by AC servo motor and precise ball screw. The drilling spindle adopts Taiwan precise spindle (inner cooling)with disk s ring automatic broach mechanism.
4) Equipped with hydraulic crimpling cylinder, it is very convenient to change shank.
5) Marking unit adopts closed frame with good rigidity. Marking stadia can be set at will.
6) CNC infeed carriage is driven by servo motor. The photoelectric encoder feeds back the information. Closed loop control ensures high positioning precision.
7) Hydraulic system mainly serves for clamping workpice, crimpling of drilling spindles hydraulic balance of slipway of drilling head and marking.
8) Control system consists of upper computer, CNC system, servo motor, PLC and outside detection switch etc. Processing program can be generated automatically as long as operator inputs the dimensions of workpiece. The program data can also be made by lofting software, and can be stored, called up, displayed and communicated as per the No. of workpiece.
