2.JS 500 stone cement mixer introduction
1.The cement mixer is such a machine that turns cement, thick and thin aggregate, such as broken stone, pebble, sand, and water into cement mixture.
2.The JS500 cement mixer is a type of double shafts forced concrete mixer which has two mixing shafts inside the mixing drum.
3.When the JS500 cement mixer is working, both the two shafts are running. The theoretical productivity of the JS series concrete mixer varies from 25M3/h to 120M3/h.
4.The JS500 cement mixer can make hard drying, plastic, fluidity, light aggregate concrete and all kinds of mortar.
3.Type & usage of JS500 stone cement mixer
This machine is a concrete mixer,suitable for medium and small factories and industrial or civil engineering like brick making ,highway ,water conservancy,wharf etc.It could mix hard concrete,plastic concrete,floating concrete,light bone material and cobble.It could work independently or equeipped with PL1200 material combing machine to organize a simple mixing station .It's also the main machine of HZS50 mixing station..
