2.JS 750 portable concrete mixer instruction:
JS Series twin shaft mandatory concrete mixer, the machine is equipped with a dual superiority
standalone operation and the simple concrete mixing station with PLD series batching machine
supporting host,but also as a mixer,suitable or all kinds of large,medium and small precast factories,
highway,bridge,,water conservancy,wharf and other industrial and civil projects.It can mix dry hard
concrete,plastic concrete,flowing concrete and lightweight aggregate concrete and various mortar,
which is high efficiency model widely used.
3.Type & usage of JS750 portable concrete mixer
This machine is a concrete mixer,suitable for medium and small factories and industrial or civil engineering like brick making ,highway ,water conservancy,wharf etc.It could mix hard concrete,plastic concrete,floating concrete,light bone material and cobble.It could work independently or equeipped with PL1200 material combing machine to organize a simple mixing station .It's also the main machine of HZS50 mixing station..
4. Performance Advantages of portable concrete mixer JS750
1.Shaft end sealing adopts pressure difference and multi-heterodyne sealing technology to extend shaft end's service life.
2.National patented taper mixing arm which can easily disassembled.
3.National patented monitoring system to control every part of mixer, such as hydraulic pump, gearbox's oil temperature, oil level, which helps user see its condition directly and clearly. In this way, the machine's service life can be extended substantially.
4.Advanced hydraulic pressure system is adopted to open and close the discharging door. Under the situation of sudden power failure, the manual pump can be used to open the discharging valve for emergency discharge to avoid agglomeration.
5.Lubrication system to make the mixer service a long life.
6.Security protection device to keep the safety of maintenance stuff.
7.Water spraying by multiple tube and circuit system.
