Powerlong Office Consumable Manufacture Co., Ltd. is a sub-company of POWERLONG GROUP. Founded in 1996, now the company is specialized in developing, manufacturing and selling carbon ribbons such as thermal transfer fax ribbons, barcode ribbons, card ribbons, thermal transfer paper, jumbo rolls and fax/duplicator/printer refill toner. After years of development, now it is become one of the biggest cutting manufacturers of thermal transfer ribbons in China with annual output of more than 180 million square meters in its 4 production bases located in Beijing, Zhejiang, Fujian and Guangzhou .
Powerlong has a group of outstanding R&D engineers and technical workers. It has advanced production facilities such as precise print testing system, digital slitting machines and auto coating lines which already achieve the European standard. The whole production is under strictly quality control system to make sure the 100% high quality products. Powerlong has been approved by ISO9001 International Quality System and ISO14001 International Environment System. In early 2005, Powerlong also applied a new IT solution ,SAP system, to make its management, production and logistics upgraded.. And In 2007, to suite the trend of environment protection, Powerlong have also got the RoHS and SGS certification for its products. All these efforts make Powerlong now not only successful in its domestic brands, including TTR and POWER LONG, but also in its exporting business.
