The special ribbon model for this model is HM 850DC - V. Some third - party brands (such as "Aite") have also launched compatible models (such as CM880), which are suitable for Hefu's HM750, 850, 870, HS1000 and other series of sealing machines.

Precautions for Installation and Maintenance of Hefu Sealing Machine Ribbon

Installation Steps:

Turn off the power of the sealing machine and operate after the machine has cooled down;

Open the front cover of the machine body and find the position of the ribbon cartridge (usually below the print head);

Take out the old ribbon and install the new ribbon into the ribbon holder according to the direction of the "left twist" interface, ensuring that the ribbon is flat and wrinkle-free;

Close the ribbon cartridge cover and turn on the machine to test the printing effect (if the printed characters are clear and without deviation, the installation is successful).
Maintenance Tips:

Avoid exposing the ribbon to direct sunlight or a humid environment to prevent the ink from deteriorating;

Regularly check the ribbon guide wheels in the ribbon cartridge. If there is dust or debris, wipe them with a clean gauze to avoid ribbon jams;

When the printed characters appear blurred or there is ink breakage, replace the ribbon in time (even if the ribbon is not completely used up) to avoid affecting the printing quality.
