ZGS-Z (H) series Compact Substation Transformer (or Pad Mounted Distribution Transformer) is new type distributing equipment, which is developed  in according to the situation of China. The body of transformer, high voltage of

load switch and high voltage fuse wire are all immersed in insulating oil. Comparing to the general transformer

substation, the structure of this product is more compact, the cost is lower, the weight is lighter and the size is

less. The function of electric power distribution, computation and compensation can be configured flexibly in

according to the user' s requirements. The combined transformer is installed on the ground base and the

external is insulated entirely.

This series product is suitable for enterprises, offices buildings, residence areas and public places and it can be

used in special places where fireproofing is demand. Due to the excellent features and ability catering for all

kinds of requirements, the product has great market potential

Entirely sealed and insulated.

The perfect assemblage of high voltage source wire entering pattern is following: " under ground

cable → elbow cable plug( elbow lightning arrester) → single-( double) Way plug → pipe socket → transformer

inside". All this high voltage insert/draw parts are surface insulated entirely and single grounding, no high

voltage part bare, and more security.Reduce the size by put high voltage load switch, high voltage fuse in the

insulating oil, and the surface of high voltage insert/draw parts insulated entirely, and the dimensions of low

voltages switches are also reduced. Compared with other traditional transformer, occupy area reduced by ?,

capital construction cost reduced by 9/10.Through the four positions high voltage load switch realized terminal

or loop-network connect, and exchange actively.

Overall protection by double high voltage fuses.
Insert fuse have double sensitive protection function of temperature and electric-current. It can prevent transformer from trouble, such as long time overload, high oil temperature, twice side short circuit, and so on. It

can be replace easily. Reserve fuse can prevent more loss when the trouble of inner short circuit and thunderstruck large current happen.

Easy installation and wide application range
On account of it' s character of easy installation and small size, it can maximize deep into load center and running in dry, wet and hot area because " three protection functions" are full equipped. R- TEMP insulating oil

can decompose naturally our door and will not pollute the environment, so it' s a kind of environmental

protection products. It can be used in special fireproofing conditions because of high fire point.

Maintenance free, low running cost.
Protection degree of product is of IP33, the tank body is bearing in the air and cooling naturally, running conditions fine. The entirely sealed tank can effectively protect the inner insulation from corrosion of humidity.

Under the rated conditions, the product can be maintenance free for twenty years.Low loss, low noise, low temperature raise and high bearing capacity of overload.
The tank body adopts guard against robbery structure.
