Fix Box Type of Metal Sealed Switchgear

General 
Fix-box type of metal sealed switchgear(short as loop feed switchgear ) is service in the three phases 3~12kV 

50Hz distribution system, as a power supply unit and terminal unit in loop feed system, It can connect and 

distribution electric energy. Loop feed switchgear can switch baring current or short circuit current. It can control, 

protect, measure the current, and also have safety interlock to protect the switchgear from incorrect manipulation. The product was designed for pollution and condensation degree Ⅱ.

 

Structure 
The structure of the loop feed switchgear is combination type. The body of the switchgear is made up of 

framework, floor, top cover, rear seal board and the door. It has all metal sealed structure. The protection degree 

is lP 2X to IP 3X.The main parts of the board are vacuum isolating load-break switch(gas pressing load-break 

switch, sulphur hexafluoride load-break switch), can match with fuse, earthing switch, voltage inductor, 

current inductor, and also can be used singleness, to fit for the different request of service condition. 

After mounting the spring manual device or electric device it can linkage use, and keep the right operation 

sequence; thus when break the power break the load switch before break the isolating break, when connect the 

power connect the isolating break before connect the load switch. The operation can be finished by a simple step

give cause for it's safe and simple. The vacuum loop feed switchgear adopt current limiting fuse phase breaken 

auto action system of load-break switch, interlock between earthing switch and inspection insulating clapboard, 

the clapboard can not be inserted before the earthing switch was connected, and the clapboard will isolate the 

fracture to protect the person from the touching the charged body. The interlock will on the safe side.

 

Feature:
Loop feed switchgear can break load current and connect short circuit current;
The main parts of the switchgear is composite apparatus, include isolating switch, vacuum load-break switch(gas pressing load-break switch, sulphur hexafluoride load-break switch), fuse, earthing switch;
Obviously isolating fracture, operation linkage and interlock;
The composite apparatus can make some alteration according to the request;
We can mount any kind of load-break switch (gas producing load-break switch, gas pressing load-break switch, vacuum load-break switch, SF6 load-break switch and etc.) in switchgear by request;

The dimensions of the switchgear can be changed by the request of customs, and if the parts are smart the 

dimensions can be reduced;
The product will arrange to ways of either the radial feed power supple or the terminal feed power supple, It can 

be mounted in the box transformer substation;
The product satisfy the international standards and national standards (IEC420 GB3804 GB3906 etc.);
