AXTAN KW Aldehyde tanning agent
Basis: Combination of modified furaldehyde and aliphatic aldehyde with multi aldehyde groups.

AXTAN KW is a multifunctional tanning agent with outstanding tanning effect. The best results will be obtained when be applied together with AXTAN KL. It helps the permeation and even distribution of other tanning and retanning agents. AXTAN KW exhibits the leather with excellent fullness and softness, does not affec dyeing and tightness of grain. It brings about the increase in physical resistance. AXTAN KW does not contain formaldehyde.

AXTAN KGW is fully dissolved in water.
Quantities to be used
The AXTAN KW is added diluted between 3 and 5 times before use.

Safety and Storage
It is not a hazardous chemical. Normal safety precautions associated with the handling of chemicals should be observed.
The product should be stored under steal in cool, dry place. Must not throw, keep out of sun and away from
water .The product can be stored up to one year at normal temperature (25℃), if be stored as required.

Outstanding superiority:
1.It is good usable for all type of pelt to meet requirements of all styles of finished leather. The yield of leather will
be optimized.
2.It is also can be used in non-chrome pre-tanning system and non-chrome re-tanning system.
3.It contributes a greener and clear process, reduce the cost of sewage treatment because need not to consider
the chrome pollution. Leather products export trade won’t be limited by chromium VI. ( The REACH regulation
revised by European commission will be take effect in 1st May, 2015. It stipulate for the chromium VI content of
imported leather product is below 3 PPM.)
The properties of the AOXING non-chrome tanning system tanned leather are equal to chrome tanned leather
with good fullness, softness and spring. The shrinkage temperature above 90℃ will be achieved. Furthermore if
you have higher requirement of TS, above 100℃ will also be fulfilled. It gives the wet white mild and light color
tone, and exhibits an extraordinary dyeing. The products assist to increase in absorption of subsequent agents,
such as fatliquors and filling agents,that support to reduce the quantity between 20% to 30% fatliquors in
comparison to chrome tanned pelts. It helps to reduce the COD of waste. The nonchrome tanning chemicals are
by no means the chrome or other toxic heavy metals. The products are environment friendly and not harmful to
human. AOXING promise our products never contain formaldehyde and organophosphate. The application of
AOXING nonchrome tanning system is similar with traditional chrome tanning processes, should not be
significantly altered. AOXING non-chrome tanning system is easy to operate the subsequent processes such
as shaving and wringing.Specific properties or effects are given above are based upon our perfect combination
of technology and our products.
