Roller Dropping intensity
After experiments of horizontal and vertical drop of carrier roller,the following requirements should be met:
- All components and welded joints cannot be damaged or taken apart;
- Axial displacement of roller carrier after falling should be not more than1.2mm;
- The body and bearing of carrier roller should never be loosing;
- The resistance to rotation should be not more than1.5 times of the figure stipulated in table 1.
Roller Sealability in water
After revolving at the rate of 1450t/min for 24 hours in water,the water inflow of the carrier roller with non-contact seal device is not more than150g.
Roller Life span
When reinforced service life of carrier roller is converted into the actual service life,the time span is no less than 20000h.The damage rate of carrier roller is no larger than 10%.
